FlyIn Airport Shuttle

Welcome to FlyIn Airport Shuttle. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. Bookings

  • All bookings are subject to availability.

  • Bookings must be made via our website or phone.

  • It is the passenger’s responsibility to provide accurate details including pickup time, location, and flight information.

2. Payments

  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept cash, eftpos, Mastercard®, Visa, American Express® and JCB, plus digital wallets.

  • Prices are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before scheduled pickup are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup are non-refundable.

  • No-shows will be charged the full fare.

  • If FlyIn Airport Shuttle cancels a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., vehicle breakdown), a full refund will be provided or the booking rescheduled.
     

4. Changes to Bookings

  • Passengers may request changes up to 12 hours prior to scheduled pickup, subject to availability.

  • Additional charges may apply for changes.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

  • Passengers must be ready at the pickup point at the scheduled time.

  • Drivers may wait up to 10 minutes before departing.

  • Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. FlyIn Airport Shuttle accepts no liability for lost or damaged items.

  • Seatbelts must be worn at all times.

6. Luggage

  • Each passenger may carry 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on.

  • Oversized or excess luggage must be declared at the time of booking and may incur additional charges.

  • FlyIn Airport Shuttle reserves the right to refuse excess luggage.

7. Delays & Liability

  • While we strive to provide timely service, FlyIn Airport Shuttle is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or circumstances beyond our control.

  • Passengers are responsible for allowing sufficient time to reach the airport. We recommend booking your shuttle to arrive at least 2 - 4 hours before your flight departure.

  • Liability for any claim is limited to the cost of the fare paid.

8. Conduct

  • FlyIn Airport Shuttle reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated, abusive, or pose a safety risk.

  • Any damage caused by passengers to vehicles will result in repair charges.

9. Privacy Policy

  • Personal information collected during booking is used only for providing our service.

  • We do not share personal data with third parties except as required by law.

​

10. Amendments

  • FlyIn Airport Shuttle reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
